What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We send our packages with PostNL. All our packages, the ones with a courir and trough mail box, get a track & trace code. Once we handed your package over to PostNL, you will receive an email with the track & trace code so you can track the package.

All orders will be shipped in 48 hours from the purchase.

Do You Ship Internationally? What Is The Shipping Rate?

Yes, we ship to all countries. The shipping rate is provided at checkout once you input your country. (Shipping rates vary per country.)

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Please allow 1-5 days for your goods to arrive at your doorstep for all Dutch shoppers. For international orders, shipping can take from 3-9 days to arrive.

All products we sell are checked for authenticity before we upload it. As a registered company at the Dutch chamber of commerce with years of experience in the branche, we are able to guarantee that all our products are 100% authentic.

Do You Have More Sizes Available?

All sizes of the products are displayed on the website and our social media channels. If a product is sold out or you don’t see your size, it means we don’t have it anymore. Don’t hesitate to contact us if your size is sold out, you might can use our personal shopping service! (prices could be different).

Did My Order Go Trough?

When we receive you order, you will receive a confirmation in your mail. Once we shipped your order, we will send you the track & trace code.

If you don’t receive an order confirmation of the track & trace code in 48 hours, please send us an email or WhatsApp message.

I Doubt The Authenticity Of An Item / I’m Dissatisfied About Something Else.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, send us an email to info@djakosupply.com or a WhatsApp message to +31 6 29079062 within 48 hours after delivery. If you fail to do this within 48 hours, we can’t help you. Please make your complaint or question clear by adding a picture. We’re responding as soon as possible!

Can I Return a Product?

Yes, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Please be aware that we can only accept items in the original packaging and in the condition you bought it. Also you have to pay the shipping costs. If you have any more questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
